See the bottom of page for examples. The sport figure you choose will be used on your trophy instead of the figure shown in the example. The height of the figure doesn''t include the base, our standard base will add about an 1 1/4 inch to the total hieght, this also applies to the 7 and 9 inch D-Backs. If your trophies are damaged or not what you expected, please let us know as soon as possible, we will build new trophies and ship them to you or arrange a full refund. All exchanges must take place within 30 days of receipt of trophies. We keep you informed of your order status every step of the way by sending you a confirmation e-mail when we receive your order, and when it ships. We also provide you a UPS tracking number. If at any point in the process you need to clarify your order, please e-mail or call us. Our company offers you a streamlined selection to make your decision easy.
